An experienced end-to-end professional, Luke prides himself on being able to get across any part of a search process in order to achieve the desired outcome for his clients and internal teams.
Emma is responsible for managing and growing Albany's market intelligence function. Day to day she works to ensure that Albany's consultants and their researchers are as well informed, insightful, and efficient as possible.
Emma has a M.Phil and Ph.D from the University of Cambridge (Renaissance Literature) and a B.A. from Harvard University.
Henry has over 10 years experience in Executive Search, adding significant value to his clients through the positioning of high impact Technology Executives. Prior to joining Albany, Henry was an Executive Search Partner at La Fosse Associates, where he led the Technology practice, focused primarily on moving CTOs into VC and PE-backed businesses. Henry has a BSc in Architectural Engineering from Westminster.
James has over 20 years experience working in search and moving CTOs. He enjoyed 13 years working for a global brand before setting up his own firm in 2012.
James believes in providing an honest approach whilst delivering objective advice on the relevant markets.

Helia graduated from the University of Birmingham, having read International Relations with a year abroad. She went on to complete a post-graduate degree in Commercial Diplomacy at the University of Lisbon.
A core member of our team, Helia oversees market mapping and candidate generation. She is responsible not only for building out the longlists on our mandates, but also for identifying new potential candidates and talent pools.
Helia also creates reports for candidates, clients and the Board, according to client needs.
Benjamin's career in Executive Search has seen him partner with Venture and Private Equity backed businesses, both multi-national and UK based, to deliver exceptional C-level and Executive talent.
Prior to joining Albany, Benjamin led Research and Delivery for two leading Global Executive Search firms. He has managed appointments across the TMT and Financial Services sectors, delivering key hires for businesses on the FTSE 250 & NASDAQ, to start ups.
Benjamin joined Albany in 2018, specialising in CTO, CIO and Advisory level placements throughout Europe.
Chloe has recently graduated from UCL, where she studied Biological Sciences. As part of her degree she undertook a research project testing a novel diagnostic technique for determining antibiotic resistance.
She supports the teams on the Venture Capital side of the business, by helping with candidate sourcing and market mapping.
Nicola is an experienced Project Manager and EA, and is responsible for managing the day to day operations and scheduling within Albany Partners.
Prior to joining Albany, Nicola worked at Skillcapital and looked after the Head of Business Services, and Odgers Berndtson on both their City and Interim desks.
Nicola is Prince2 and Agile qualified.
Silvia graduated from the University of Birmingham with a Masters of Science specialising in Chemistry. As part of her degree, she spent a year studying abroad at the University of Melbourne.
Silvia has joined the Private Equity side of the business to oversee candidate generation, market research, and help build the search strategy.
Andreea supports Henry Draper in the Private Equity area of the business. Prior to joining Albany, Andreea worked for a well-regarded Executive Search business as a Principal Managing Consultant for Resourcing and Delivery. Before moving into Executive Search, she worked for a technical recruitment company as a Delivery Manager, specialising in hiring professionals within IT Architecture and Business Intelligence.
She has an LLB from UDDJG, Romania, and a BA from UCL (Solving Complex Problems, People & Methods).
Rebecca has 25 years experience as a marketing professional with particular skills in branding and strategy. She has worked for online and mobile start ups across a range of sectors, after spending the first 15 years of her career working for media companies including Disney and Universal in their home entertainment and broadcasting divisions.
Rebecca has a degree in Zoology from Nottingham University and CIM qualification.
